Todd Workman is the founder of Harbor Roofing. Todd has grown up around roofing his entire life and was introduced to many parts of the business as a child growing up in a roofing family. Todd jumped on his first roof in 1998 and spent the next 4 – 5 years installing roofs throughout Tampa Bay. In 2001 Todd joined the US Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 2006. Following his departure from the Marine Corps Todd used the GI Bill to earn a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida while working in the roofing industry part-time. The leadership & business skills he learned during this part of his life would complement his roofing skills. In 2011 Todd began working for his brother-in-law’s roofing company Code Engineered Systems. At Code Engineered Systems Todd played a vital role in it growing into one of the more reputable & recognized roofing companies in the Tampa Bay area. Todd recognized many changes in the roofing industry & knew that the industry needed a change.  In 2020 Todd founded Harbor Roofing to lead the way in challenging the status quo, and building something him, and his wife Zaina, and 3 children Lily, Bella, and William could love and grow together.

Zaina Workman married Todd in 2016 and has worked in the administrative side of the roofing industry ever since.  In Zaina’s free time she enjoys horseback riding, up-cycling & painting furniture, and spending time with her husband and 3 children, Lily, Bella, & William.
